I would now like to turn the conference over to Dr. Garo Armen, Chairman and CEO of Agenus Inc. Dr. Armen, please go ahead.
Thank you very much. We will have a unique format for today's shareholder meeting. We will start with the formal portion, followed by a brief update and a talk show format with a special guest that we have, including Q&A that will arise from both the panel as well as the members of the audience.
To start, good afternoon, everybody. I'd like to call to order the formal portion of the Agenus Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
