Clearfield Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Hello. My name is Ron Roth. I'm the Chairman of the Board of Clearfield. On behalf of the company, its management and employees, I welcome you to our shareholders' meeting today.
I hope that all of you are safe and healthy. The last year has been one of the challenge as our society has faced a pandemic that has sicken millions and killed hundreds of thousands. For those of you who have lost loved ones, you have my personal condolences.
This year's annual meeting conducted in this virtual environment is unlike any Clearfield has done in the past. We will attempt to maintain our commitment of providing content-rich environment and direct access to our Board members and management team.
In attendance today, but not present on the screen are my fellow directors. Our outside directors are Chip Hayssen, Pat Goepel, Roger Harding, Donald Hayward. Our CEO, President and also Director, Cheri Beranek, will be available for questions later in our meeting.
