Thank you, and welcome, and good morning to the conference call of the first quarter of the current year '21/'22. Today's call will be led by Andreas Gerstenmayer, CEO; and Simone Faath, CFO. Andreas Gerstenmayer will start with the introduction; and of course, we will give you an overview of the highlights and the key developments of the first quarter.
