Okay. Great. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining the Barclays Auto and Mobility Tech Conference. I'm Dan Levy. I lead autos research coverage at Barclays and very pleased to have with us American Axle. Chris May, the company's CFO; as well as David Lim, who leads the Investor Relations effort. We're going to do this fireside chat style. Chris is going to give just 1 or 2 minutes of opening remarks, and then we will have a series of prepared discussion topics.
