Before I take you through some of the highlights from our full year results, I do want to acknowledge the tragic deaths of 2 of our colleagues during the year. Keeping people safe is our priority. We remain resolute in our commitment to safety in every aspect of our organization.
Over the last 12 months, our teams have delivered strong and in some cases record production. These efforts, together with our focus on social value and managing costs, I mean we've been able to deliver a strong performance and announced a final dividend of USD 0.80 per share bringing the total full year dividend to USD 1.70 per share.
