Ascot is a restart of a high-grade gold opportunity in the Golden Triangle, and it's located at the southern end of the Golden Triangle near Stewart, British Columbia; and Hyder, Alaska. When we look at Ascot, Ascot has a number of mines that are close by.
And these have been very high-grade gold mines, some of the highest-grade gold mines in the world. Eskay Creek was certainly one of the very popular mines. Snip -- and the Premier mine itself was the largest gold mine in North America for about 30 years.
The strategy of Ascot is a relatively simple one: it's to take existing deposits around a common infrastructure, really a hub-and-spoke-type setup. And over the last two years since management's been involved, we've been developing those projects to take back and restart the mine.
