Half Year 2023 Babcock International Group PLC Earnings Call Transcript
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the half year results for the 6 months ended 30 September 2022. David and I will take you through this, and then we'll go to Q&A. When we do get to the Q&A in case I forget to say at the time, we'll be linking this call with the webcast and there'll be a moderator, so there'll be a slight time lag that's intentional.
So before we start, we announced last week the results of an independent review by Oxford Economics into the impact Babcock has on the U.K. economy and the U.K. society extremely positive review kind of reflects what we knew internally, but maybe not what the outside world knew about us. So we have a short video now just so you can have a really good insight into what a special business Babcock is.
