Thank you. Good afternoon, and welcome to our second quarter fiscal 2019 earnings call. On the call today are David Gordon, our President; and Matt Clark, our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. David Overton, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is traveling internationally but will be on the call for Q&A.
