Good afternoon, I'm Dennis Geiger, restaurants analyst at UBS. And it's my pleasure to introduce Mark Wolfinger, President of Denny's; and Robert Verostek, CFO. Denny's has plenty of new and exciting developments and recovery opportunities ahead this year and going forward that the team is going to share with us. I'm going to pass it over to Mark.
