Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to our 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Once again this year and to ensure the health and well-being of all participants, we're holding our annual meeting by way of live audio webcast. The online platform allows shareholders and guests to attend the meeting virtually. Procedures for voting and participating in the online Q&A session, reserved exclusively for shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders, will be explained by our Corporate Secretary in a few minutes.
Today's meeting is available in both English and French. You can select the language of your choice under the webcast box located at the bottom left of your screen and toggle between feed should you wish to hear the speaker as opposed to the translation.
