Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Larry Enterline, Executive Chairman of Fox Factory Holding Corp. The meeting will now come to order. It is a pleasure to welcome you to this virtual annual meeting of stockholders of Fox Factory Holding Corp.
