Good morning, everyone. My name is Ian Wilton, and I am the Chair of your company. As it is now past 10:00 A.M. Adelaide Time, I would like to welcome you to the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Elders Limited. I'm advised by the Company Secretary that we have the required quorum for the meeting to proceed. I therefore declare the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Elders Limited open. Welcome, and thank you for attending. In the spirit of reconciliation, Elders Limited acknowledges the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
Before commencing the formal business of the agenda, I would like to introduce my fellow Directors and our Company Secretary.
