Thanks, Vincent. Good morning, everyone. I appreciate you joining the phone call. With me is Alistair Bell, our CFO, as well. And for our agenda this morning is just walk you through a little bit in terms of the announcements we had out here, why we're doing it, maybe just to highlight on Malt group. I'm going to have Alistair highlight on what we would call New GrainCorp at this point going forward on the demerger and maybe a little bit on the capital structure.
