Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Greenlane Holdings, Inc. I am Aaron LoCascio, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Greenlane, and I will serve as Chairman of this meeting.
