Thank you, Gigi. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. I'm Joseph McClain, Assistant Secretary of the company, and will be acting as Chair of this meeting. Lindsey Edwards has been appointed to act as Secretary of this meeting.
