Well, good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Nice to see you all this morning, and all looking as young and good-looking as you were last year. Thank you for coming. Look, we've got this room especially for you this morning because we want everyone to sort of see the wonderful developments that have been happening across the Elizabeth Quay. I mean from year-to-year over the last couple or 3 years, we've been watching Elizabeth Quay take shape and it's starting to look a terrific place. So I hope you appreciate the effort that our folks went through to put us in this room today.
I'm your Chairman, as I suspect most of you know by now. And on behalf of the Board, I'd like to welcome you to the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Iluka Resources Limited.
