Thank you. Will the meeting please come to order? Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Sorry, we're a little bit late, but I think with all technical difficulties cleared, on behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to welcome you to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Discovery, Inc. I'm Robert Miron, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, we are holding the 2020 Annual Meeting solely by means of virtual communications. The health and wellbeing of our stockholders, employees and directors is of paramount importance to us, and we made the decision to host a virtual meeting this year to allow stockholders to participate safely from any location around the world.
