Hello, and welcome to SNC-Lavalin's Annual Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Erik Ryan, and I am Executive Vice President of Strategy, marketing and External Relations. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have once again opted for a virtual-only annual meeting in order to abide by the latest guidelines from the public health authorities and to mitigate health and safety risks to our employees, shareholders, board members and other stakeholders.
