Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to this 2019 Annual General Meeting of Jupiter Mines Limited. My name is Brian Gilbertson, and I am the Chairman of the company. As a quorum is present, I declare the meeting open.
I'd like to start by introducing my fellow directors. First, we have Priyank Thapliyal, Jupiter's Chief Executive Officer -- okay? And Melissa North, the Finance Director and the Company Secretary. Thank you, Melissa. Andrew Bell, an independent nonexecutive director; Paul Murray, an independent nonexecutive director. Thank you, Paul. And Mr. Yeongjin Heo, a nonexecutive director. Thank you. Also present is Michael Hillgrove, a partner from our auditors, Grant Thornton. There he is in the corner.
