My name is Randy Wood, the President and Chief Executive Officer, of Lindsay Corporation, and I'd like to welcome you to our Annual Stockholders' Meeting. We appreciate your attendance, your interest and most importantly, your support to our company.
We're excited to, again host this year's meeting through this virtual online platform, which allows us to open access and participation in the meeting to all stockholders and employees around the world.
