Great. Thanks, everyone, for joining us today. My name is Adam Seiden. I lead the U.S. machinery and construction effort at Barclays. We're pleased to have with us today joining us Lincoln Electric. Representing Lincoln, we have Vince Petrella as well as members of the Lincoln Electric team.
So what we like to do in these particular presentations is start off with Vince, just to give a quick overview background on the company for those that may be less familiar, and then we'll dive in deeper to a lot of different trends, and we'll try to include towards the middle to the end of presentation actually, I think, with audience response question.
