Well, good afternoon, everybody. Thanks for coming out on this miserable day. I originally can see that we might play that before the meeting because in the past couple of years, we've had Zoom meetings, and we also need to be waiting around and the operators saying, "do you want to let them in? Do you want to let them in?" "And I keep saying it, "Give it half a minute or another minute," and they end up 2 or 3 minutes late. So I was anticipating that might happen again. So while you're waiting at home, wondering whether we know you're here or not, you could have a little video which we put together with John Weeks. He's become a movie star. But what an advocate. He's not only had a fantastic journey, but he's written his own book, and he's a very big advocate for us, walking around the country, telling his story, but impregnating it with the role in which John Greenwood and the BTM played in his recovery.
