Good morning and welcome to this presentation of the fourth quarter and the full year 2020 for the NCC Group. My name is Tomas Carlsson, the CEO of NCC. And with me here this morning, I also have the CFO of NCC Group, Susanne Lithander.
Under normal circumstances, we prefer to do this presentation live. And for the last couple of quarters, we've done it with a video broadcast. But due to the current circumstances with the pandemic, we've decided to do a phone-in presentation only to minimize the crew necessary to produce this broadcast.
The Contracting business is improving quarter-after-quarter and also for the full year, and that is Building Sweden, Building Nordics and Infrastructure business areas.
We have identified further opportunities to improve the performance of the Industry business area, and we have taken decisive action to do that during the fourth quarter. We presented some of it in the third quarter presentation. We've done most of that, but we've also identified
