All right. Good afternoon. So joining us up next, we have Newpark Resources, one of the largest global providers of drilling fluids to the upstream. The company has a long-standing leadership position in fluids, also offering matting solutions, and well-site construction services as well as industrial minerals as part of its portfolio.

It's my pleasure today to welcome Newpark's President and CEO, Paul Howes. Paul has served as CEO since 2006, and led the company through a significant period of growth and evolution since then. Before this, he was President and CEO of Astaris, a chemicals company from 2002 to 2005. Paul's prior experience spans the defense industry, chemicals, plastics and packaging.
