Thank you. Good morning. My name is Michael Amoroso, and I am the Chief Executive Officer of Precision BioSciences. I'm also a member of our Board of Directors and the Chairperson of today's meeting. I'm happy to welcome you to the Special Meeting of Stockholders.

I'm joined today by my fellow Board members, including Kevin Buehler, Melinda Brown, Dr. Stanley Frankel, Geno Germano, Shari Piré, and Dr. Sam Wadsworth.
