Well good afternoon. I'm Jack Andrews. I cover the data analytics and infrastructure software space here at Needham, and we're very pleased to have Ken Stillwell with us today, Chief Financial Officer of Pegasystems. So welcome Ken. Thanks for taking the time to join us today. Maybe just to sort of start off, for those who may be new to Pega, can you just provide a maybe a quick overview of the company along a couple of dimensions. One would just be your overall product set, the markets you serve. And then I guess the other dimension to talk about is we've been on a journey towards a subscription transition.
