Tern PLC Capital Markets Day Transcript
Well, good afternoon, everybody, and welcome. My name is Tim Metcalfe. And with me today, I have Al Sisto the CEO of Tern, Sarah Payne, Tern CFO, Darron Antill, CEO of Terns Portfolio Company Device Authority and Richard Vincent, CEO of Fundamental VR and other companies in Terns portfolio.
This afternoon session is going to last about 90 minutes. We'll start with our providing an overview and update on developments of Terns following the interim results that were released this morning. And we'll then move on to the presentation from Darron and one from Richard's covering device authority and Fundamental VR.
At the end of the presentations, we will have the opportunity for a question-and-answer session, and I'd like to thank everybody who submitted questions and observations in advance really appreciated. That helped us shape the presentations. Hopefully a number of your questions will be answered, but if they're not, I've got some in front of me that people have sent him, but we would also like other questions.
