Now we'd like to introduce Republic Services. Mr. Chuck Serianni and Ms. Nicole Giandinoto, the CFO and IR of Republic. Republic has 320 million shares outstanding, trades around $80 for a $26 billion market cap and $8 billion of net debt.
Chuck was appointed CFO in 2014. He joined Republic in 1997, holding various roles in a financial capacity. Prior to Republic, Chuck served as an accountant at Deloitte and is a CPA. Nicole has been the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations since joining the company in 2015. Previously, she held a role of a business unit for JDA Software. Prior to JDA, Nicole held various roles in the financial capacity at organizations at Allied Waste, ConAgra Foods. Ms. Giandinoto has earned a CFA designation and graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Finance from Nebraska. Welcome, Chuck and Nicole.
