Good afternoon, and welcome to Eguana's second-quarter 2021 earnings call. Thank you for joining us. My name is Brent Harris, Executive Vice President of Eguana and Eguana Founder.

Thanks, Brent. Thank you, everyone, for joining us on the call today as we go over our second-quarter results. The team achieved a number of key milestones through the quarter, which we will discuss in greater detail later in the call. However, our product sales revenue was substantially impacted from continued congestion in both shipping and receiving ports.
Critical delays were experienced on both battery module and transformer deliveries. Battery module orders, which were placed in November, did
