Good day, everyone. I'm honored to be here for the Sun Communities presentation featuring Gary Shiffman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. I'm Michael Goldsmith, the U.S. REITs analyst from UBS. Gary is going to kick it off with some opening remarks, and then we will jump into some Q&A.
Thanks, Michael, and good afternoon, everybody. Some of the faces I recognize, and I apologize because I'm going to share a little bit for those unfamiliar with the story and the business platform of Sun Communities, but then we'll get right into some Q&A. And if there's time at the end, we'll be glad to open it up to everybody. But as a brief introduction to Sun, we -- the company was founded about 40 years ago.
