Good morning. It is now approximately 10 a.m. Eastern Time, and the meeting will come to order. I am Robert Pons, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SeaChange International, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of SeaChange International.
The Annual Meeting of Stockholders is held pursuant to the bylaws of this corporation and a written notice to all stockholders, and due to public health concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, is being held virtually.
