Good afternoon, and welcome to the STAG Industrial 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I would now like to introduce Ben Butcher, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of STAG Industrial.
Thank you. It's my pleasure to host you today at this virtual meeting. Stockholders are attending through a web portal announced in our proxy materials. As is our custom, we will conduct the business portion of our annual meeting first, and upon adjournment, there will be a period of general discussion and questions. Only validated stockholders may ask questions in the designated field on the web portal.
