Well, hi. Welcome to the Bio-Techne presentation. I'm Chuck Kummeth, CEO of Bio-Techne. And I'll be taking through -- you through a few slides. Many of you may have seen me before. We've updated a lot of deck, and we have, hopefully, what you think is a lot more new and more useful information.
Next slide. Of course, we have to start with our safe harbor, and you guys know what these are and how they read. And of course, we all want you to get on our website and check out all our reconciliation statements and see where we get all our numbers from.
Next slide. So our high level slide, talking about the company. We've grown a lot, especially in the last couple of years. We're up now around 2,600 employees after the Asuragen acquisition, and we are at 35 locations. We are coming on the end of our fiscal year here, but going off of last year's numbers, officially $739 million, we're going to blow that number out of the water this year, as you all know.
