Good afternoon. Welcome to the DZS 2023 Investor Day. I'm Ted Moreau, Head of Investor Relations, and I want to thank everybody for joining us here live in Dallas. I'd also like to thank all of our webcast participants for joining us as well. We have an amazing day in store for you today. And I think you'll really take away the energy, excitement and the culture that we've really embraced here at DZS.

But under the agenda. Charlie Vogt, CEO, will start off the day talking about our strategy and how we're going to win in the market.
