Good morning, and thank you for joining us today for our fourth quarter and full year 2021 earnings call. I'm joined today by our CEO, Steve Hasker; and our CFO, Mike Eastwood, each of whom will report our results and take your questions following their remarks.

Today marks my final earnings call as Head of Investor Relations for Thomson Reuters. I'm pleased to announce that we're also joined by Gary Bisbee, who will assume the role of Head of Investor Relations for Thomson Reuters on March 1, in advance of my retirement in July. I couldn't be more pleased to place the baton in the very capable hands of Gary, who many of you already know. Gary has covered Thomson Reuters on the sell side at Bank of America Securities
