Transurban Group Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Hi. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. And my name is Lindsay Maxsted, and I'm the Chair of the Transurban Group. Welcome to the 2021 Annual General Meetings. This morning, we are holding 3 meetings concurrently. This is the Annual General Meeting for Transurban Holdings Limited, Transurban International Limited and Transurban Holding Trust. We have a quorum, so I declare the meetings open.
On behalf of Transurban, I would like to formally acknowledge the many traditional owners of country throughout Australia and recognize their continuing connection to the lands, waters and communities. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and to elders past, present and emerging. I'm currently in Melbourne, and would like to acknowledge the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation as the traditional owners of country where I am situated today.
