Good morning. Welcome to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of UFP Technologies, Inc. I am Jeff Bailly, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. At today's meeting, following the introduction of the members of our Board of Directors and our officers, we will conduct the business portion of our annual meeting.
