Thank you, and we're happy to present the interim report for January to June 2022. I'm P-G Persson.
And I'm Fredrik Sjudin.
And we will start with a summary. And this report is a very strong report. It's a very strong first half-year performance. And of course, it provides the solid ground for the certain times that we are looking in ahead. The main issue or question or the main topic for the Q2 report was, of course, our zoning plan for Södra ÃnggÃ¥rden that gained legal force. And now we can finally put it in the books, which we are very pleased. We have had this issue up in five years' time, I think, Fredrik. So it's very nice to have it in the books now.
We've also started the construction work for Schenker Logistics in Sörred Logistikpark or Logistikpark, which is called in Swedish. We completed the sale of part of
