Thank you. Good morning, and welcome to the 2020 annual meeting of the shareholders of Vulcan Materials Company. I'm Tom Hill, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company and Chairman of the Board of Directors. On behalf of all of my colleagues at Vulcan and our Board of Directors, thank you for attending our annual meeting today.
