Let's go ahead and get started with the next presentation. Good morning, everyone. I'm Tyler Brown, senior analyst here at Ray J. Again, I kind of cover a myriad of groups at this point: environmental services, transportation, heavy construction. But this morning, I'm extremely to have -- I'm extremely excited to have Casella Waste joining us.

Presenting today is Ned Coletta, the company's CFO; Jason Mead, Director of Finance; and also Charlie Wohlhuter, the recent addition on the IR side. Some of you may know Charlie used to work with us. So congratulations, Charlie, on that.

But I think a lot of us know Casella. It's been a really fantastic story over the years. It's a New England-focused solid waste player. There's a lot of very interesting dynamics around the business.
