Thank you. Welcome to the Legend Power fiscal 2021 Q2 investor call. I'm Randy Buchamer, the CEO. I will be acting as CFO also today as Steve Vanry is busy working on our prospectus, ensure that gets filed this afternoon for our financing.

As the CFO, I'll provide a financial review; and as CEO, I'll give you a corporate update. And then, I'm very pleased to have Mike Cioce, our VP Sales and Marketing. He'll discuss the great sales progress we've been making.
