Thank you. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Leo Raffin. I'm a partner at the law firm of McMillan LLP, and I'll act as Chair of this meeting. I've been appointed to chair today's meeting in accordance with the articles and bylaws of the company.
