Good morning, and welcome to the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders for Aeglea BioTherapeutics. Our host for today's call is Aeglea's President and Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Quinn. (Operator Instructions)

Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone. It's a pleasure to welcome you to our annual meeting of stockholders. The meeting is now called to order.
I'd like to introduce the following members of the Board of Directors who are with us this morning: Russell Cox, Armen Shanafelt, Ivana Liebisch, Alison Lawton, and Marcio Souza. I'd also like to introduce our Chief Financial Officer, Jonathan Alspaugh, who is with us this morning. Natalie Hairston from the American Election Services, LLC, will be acting as Inspector of Elections for this meeting, and I will serve as the Chairman.
