Hello, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Syros Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Please note that today's meeting is being recorded. It is now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Gerald Quirk, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Syros. Mr. Quirk, the floor is yours.
Thanks, Michelle. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Syros Pharmaceuticals. I'm Gerald Quirk, Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of Syros and at the direction of the Chair of the Board of Directors, I will be presiding over this meeting. At this time, I call the meeting to order. I have received an affidavit from our transfer agent, Computershare, certifying that the notice of the annual meeting and proxy statement were sent to all stockholders of record as of April 4, 2023, a copy of which will be included in the minutes of this meeting.
