Good afternoon, everybody, and thank you for taking the time to tune in to this call. The way that we would like to sort of deal with the call is while I take the liberty of just making a few introductory comments, I'll try to give you some context to the first 6 months trading in terms of the indications given in the trading statement and also try and sort of position that relative to a sense of expectations for the second half. After that, I'm quite happy to take questions. I hope that you will appreciate that 7 or 8 days into the job, there's a lot of internal communication that needs to take place before I can talk in a lot of specifics.
