Representatives of the Trust TSX to ask scrutineers, Francine Beausjour and Isabelle Vachon tell me that we have quorum. The assembly is here with regularly called and constituted. The scrutineer reports will be filed as part of the documents for the AGA. The minutes from our previous meeting is available under the Documents tab.
Our agenda is looking at consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending in October 2022 and the auditor report. These files are also part of your kit. The annual report, including financial statements, was provided to shareholders in conformity with the Canada Business Corporations Act.
