Before I hand it over to Dan and Elaine, just as a brief background, what attracts us to the Tactile story is its focus on treating patients with chronic conditions, specifically in the home. And specifically for underserved, underdiagnosed end-markets. We believe that move towards the home is a long-term trend in healthcare, as we look to save costs and improve patient compliance for the system.
Tactile has also got a unique business model, that focuses and allows them to create new market opportunities, also to develop that data and directly interact with payer to support reimbursement and adoption, which is something that's quite key for a lot of these markets.
