All right. Good afternoon, everyone. I'm Scott Schneeberger, the senior business and industrial services analyst at Oppenheimer. And thank you all for joining us today. It's my pleasure to have from Target Hospitality, director of Investor Relations, Mark Schuck, to speak on the company's investment story.
Target operates remote accommodation facilities, primarily in Texas, serving two end markets: energy and government. Now, we're going to be using a fireside chat format, where I'll be asking Mark some high-level questions upfront to get an overview of the business and some of the current events.
