Good morning. Welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Tenet Healthcare Corporation. I am Ron Rittenmeyer, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tenet. And I hereby call this meeting to order. We have 4 items of business on today's agenda, which I will ask Audrey Andrews, our Corporate Secretary, to present in a moment. We are holding this meeting virtually via live audio webcast due to the public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
