Well, good morning, and welcome to the TechOne Annual General Meeting. Before we start the formal proceedings, I'd like to just play a small video to introduce some of our new shareholders to the company. So we'll just play this little video.

All right. We're going to move into the formal part of the meeting. So from the information provided to me by the Company Secretary, I advise that we have a quorum present, and I declare the meeting officially open for business.
